This is a movement class. A journey. An exploration.

 

Learn how muscle and movement awareness:

  • is a pathway to greater strength and mobility

  • improves flow, ease and vitality

  • helps you feel more connected and integrated

 

Through some simple journaling, you will:

  • document what you experience

  • notice differences in what you are sensing in muscles and movement

  • practice listening to your internal wisdom

 

Through this journey, you will discover:

  • how to trust and listen to your body

  • a foundation for how you move, exercise, and sense yourself

  • This series includes 8 Classes (60 minutes each)

  • Class size is limited to allow for individual attention within the group experience

  • The class will be on consecutive Wednesdays, beginning on October 1st, at 10:00am

  • The location is South Portland, Maine at Heart Stone Counseling Center

Investment:  $320 for the series

 

What you need to bring with you:

  • an exercise/yoga mat

  • water bottle

  • notebook and pen

  • comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in

  • socks (shoes must be removed before entering the space)

  • curiosity
